The method comprises the step of creating a fresh-keeping factor equation between the activity data of different kinds of fruits and vegetables and various fresh-keeping factors, and the step of performing calculation on the optimal fresh-keeping factor and the fresh-keeping parameter of different kinds of fruits and vegetables according to the fresh-keeping factor equation.
