Provided are a mixed-type heat-not-burn device and system. The device comprises a shell (300), wherein the shell is provided with: a first accommodating space (301-A) for having a liquid substrate unit (100) placed therein; a second accommodating space (302-A), with one side of the second accommodating space (302-A) being provided with an opening, and a solid substrate unit (200) being inserted into the second accommodating space (302-A) through the opening of the second accommodating space (302-A); and a heating atomization unit (400-A) used for heating the liquid substrate unit (100) to form a first aerosol and heating the solid substrate unit (200) to form a second aerosol. By means of introducing the first aerosol formed by the liquid substrate unit (100) to the solid substrate unit (200), the first aerosol and the second aerosol are mixed and then discharged from the solid substrate unit (200). The vapor amount of an electronic cigarette can be increased, and the taste is enriched.
