A heat-not-burn cigarette and a preparation method therefor, and a heat-not-burn cigarette system. The heat-not-burn cigarette comprises a smoke formation section (1), a smoke passing section (2) and a wrapping element (3), wherein the smoke formation section (1) is provided with an aerosol generation substrate; the smoke passing section (2) comprises a first functional section (4) and a second functional section (5), with the first functional section (4) being arranged between the smoke formation section (1) and the second functional section (5); and the wrapping element (3) is circumferentially wrapped around the smoke formation section (1) and the smoke passing section (2). The preparation method for the heat-not-burn cigarette comprises sequentially loading the smoke formation section (1) and the smoke passing section (2) into the wrapping element (3). The heat-not-burn cigarette system comprises the heat-not-burn cigarette and a heating appliance for heating a cigarette. The heat-not-burn cigarette creates a large amount of smoke, and has a low smoke temperature, a rich flavor, a good smoking experience, and low processing costs.
