Disclosed is a hospital receipt management system comprising: a hospital receipt management server (5000) for storing and managing details of deposits and withdrawals at a hospital; a receiving machine (4000) for receiving and managing inputs of receiving details; an unmanned teller machine (1000) for cash on hand and a settlement machine (2000) for a receptionist cashier, wherein the receiving machine (4000) transmits the receiving details to the hospital receipt management server (5000) when inputs of the receiving details are received, the unmanned teller machine (1000) for cash on hand transmits withdrawal details to the hospital receipt management server (5000) when cash is withdrawn, and the hospital receipt management server (5000) transmits settlement details for a receptionist cashier when there is a request for the settlement details for the receptionist cashier from the settlement machine (2000) for the receptionist cashier.
