PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salary advance payment management device, salary advance payment management system employing the salary advance payment device, and a salary advance payment management method that rapidly and surely enable a salary advance payment process to a laborer providing a work over a plurality of companies.SOLUTION: The salary advance payment management device comprises: a deposit fund information management part that manages information for each company on a deposit fund preliminarily deposited from each company; an advance payment possible amount calculation part that calculates a salary advance payment possible amount for each company and for each laborer on the basis of attendance information on a laborer working in each company which is received from each of company management devices 10-1 and 10-2; and a payout propriety determination part that, when a salary advance payment request for a prescribed amount to a work of a laborer in a prescribed company is input, determines a payout to the salary advance payment request to be possible when the input prescribed amount falls within the deposit fund amount of the company and within the advance payment possible amount of the laborer, and outputs a payout instruction of a salary advance payment from the deposit fund.
