The present invention relates to a rice frosting, a rice tart sheet and a manufacturing method of a cake using them. The manufacturing method of the rice frosting comprises the steps of: milling rice soaked in water; mixing the milled rice flour with milk; whipping the raw yolk with sugar; mixing and gelatinizing an output manufactured by the step of mixing the milled rice with milk and an output manufactured by the whipping; grinding the output manufactured in the gelatinizing step; and cooling an output manufactured by the step of grinding the output.
