The present invention relates to a puree manufacturing method using fruits, and a puree using the same. The puree manufacturing method comprises: a first step of preparing syrup; a second step of preparing fruits; a third step of adding boiled syrup to 99 parts by weight of the prepared fruits, and aging the mixture in a low temperature storage; a fourth step of drying the aged fruits until the surface thereof is dry; a fifth step of crushing the fruits of the second step to manufacture a puree; and a sixth step of adding the fruits of the fourth step after putting in the puree. The puree has a good texture of fruits.
