According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a first printed circuit board including one or more antennas and one or more first terminals electrically connected to the antenna; a second printed circuit board including a processor set to communicate with an external electronic device using the antennas, and one or more second terminals electrically connected to the processor; and an interposer for connecting the first printed circuit board to the second printed circuit board. The interposer includes: a housing including a first surface, a second surface facing the first surface, and one or more third surfaces for surrounding the first and second surfaces; and a conductor for electrically connecting a gap between the first surface and a designated surface among the third surfaces. The conductor may be electrically connected to the first terminals by the first surface facing the first printed circuit board, and electrically connected to the second terminals by the designated surface facing the second printed circuit board.
