The present invention relates to an online learning system enabling simultaneous learning of a Chinese character and the Chinese language and a method thereof, the method comprising: a first step that an ID is imparted; a second step of selecting the Chinese character to be learned; a third step of extracting and providing information on the Chinese character; a fourth step that the vocalization and writing of a user are compared to the vocalization and writing of the correspondent Chinese character; a fifth step that the information of the Chinese character which is completely learned is provided in a question format; a sixth step that the information of the Chinese character, which is completely learned, is transmitted to a manager; and a seventh step that the information of the Chinese character which is selected by the manager is provided in a question format.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
