The present invention relates to that of activated carbon / poly Philo hybrid super capacitor electrode material manufacturing method for improving the electrochemical performance that can be used in the environmentally friendly energy saving, pyrrole and Methyl Orange (MO), Iron ( Ⅲ) chloride hexahydrate (FeCl 3 · 6H 2 O) mixing to prepare polypyrrole, mixing activated carbon and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to prepare a mixture, synthesizing the polypyrrole and the mixture, and washing and drying the synthesized mixture do. According to the present invention as described above, by providing a supercapacitor electrode material having a high capacity and excellent discharge characteristics, the supercapacitor and the lithium secondary battery including the electrode have the effect of achieving excellent capacitance, lifespan characteristics and stability.
