In summary, a novel ternary Graphene/SnO2/PPy composite has been prepared by a two-step method. The electrochemical performance of the ternary composites as supercapacitor electrodes is highly enhanced due to the synergetic effects among the components in the composites. The study suggests that the ternary composites based on carbon materials, conducting polymers, and metal oxides are one class of promising candidates in the application as energy storage devices or power output technologies in the future.
