The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fruit and vegetable beverage, capable of providing a health functional fruit and vegetable beverage which is nutritious and tastes good with no sugars and no additives, by comprising the steps of: rapid freezing after washing raw fruit or vegetable materials; sterilization; fermentation after directly inoculating Lactobacillus casei, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus fermentum, and Bifidobacterium breve; and obtaining a fruit and vegetable beverage. The present invention also relates to a fruit and vegetable beverage manufactured thereby.
