The present invention relates to a simple sequence repeat (SSR) molecular marker for discriminating resources of Korean wild grape, and a use thereof. The present invention tries to develop a maker set for discriminating varieties of domestic Korean wild grape, classifying the variety of Korean wild grape genetic breeding resources, and protecting domestically-bred grape varieties, and to develop a shape of a marker capable of being used in a small laboratory. To this end, the least number of nucleus SSRs capable of discriminating relative mating Korean wild grape varieties are selected from 21 SSR markers developed by using genetic information of Korean wild grape. A chloroplast SSR for discriminating a maternal line is developed into an SSR marker type by comparing chloroplast base sequence information of thirteen Korean wild grapes registered in NCBI and examining a polymorphic position to realize discrimination of the relative mating Korean wild grape varieties. Moreover, a marker set combining the nucleus SSR and the chloroplast SSR marker can discriminate the resources of Korean wild grape and can discriminate whether relative mating is executed during development in a variety mated with the Korean wild grape, thereby being useful in development in a new variety related to the Korean wild grape.
