The present invention relates to a bath chair for the old and infirm comprising a lower frame, a saddle, a backrest, a height controlling unit, a reclining unit, and a local cleaning unit. The lower frame installs a plurality of wheels in a lower part. The saddle is combined with the lower frame, forms a penetrating hole for being upwardly and downwardly penetrated, and includes a bedsore preventing mat in an upper part. The backrest is combined with a backside unit of the saddle, and includes the bedsore preventing mat and a temperature maintaining unit in a front side unit. The height controlling unit is formed in a combining unit of the lower frame and the saddle, and controls up and down intervals of the lower frame and the saddle. The reclining unit is formed in a combining unit of the saddle and the backrest, and controls an angle between an upper surface of the saddle and a front side of the backrest. The local cleaning unit is connected to at least one of the lower frame, the saddle, and the backrest. The local cleaning unit includes: a cleaning water receiving unit which receives cleaning water; a cleaning water transferring unit which transfers the cleaning water received in the cleaning water receiving unit; and a cleaning water spraying unit which sprays the cleaning water which is transferred and supplied through the cleaning water transferring unit from a lower side to an upper side of the saddle by penetrating the penetrating hole. The temperature maintaining unit is detached from the backrest, and further includes a case and a cover. The case forms an opening unit to receive warm water inside. The cover opens and closes the opening unit. The backrest further includes a support which is folded by a hinge structure in a back-side unit. The support further includes a length controlling unit for extending or reducing length. The present invention can improve convenience of the bath chair.
