The present invention relates to: a non-surfactant oil-in-water (O/W) dispersion composition comprising a non-polar solvent droplet in a polar solvent, wherein the dispersion composition has a transparency of 90 to 100%; a non-surfactant water-in-oil (W/O) dispersion composition comprising a polar solvent droplet in a non-polar solvent, wherein the dispersion composition has a transparency of 90 to 100%; and manufacturing methods thereof. In the dispersion composition of the present invention, phase separation does not occur even when the use environment is changed.
