The present invention relates to an upper body, a synthetic girder in which the upper body and a lower body behave integrally, a temporary structure having the same, and a manufacturing method of the temporary structure. In a temporary structure comprising a mold and a porous body installed on the mold, the porous body includes: vertical frames disposed on both sides at a predetermined interval; horizontal frames disposed at both end units of the vertical frames and installed to connect both the vertical frames; a lower plate installed to close the lower surface of an inner space partitioned by the vertical frames and the horizontal frames; and a first filler placed in an inner space partitioned by the vertical frames, the horizontal frames, and the lower plate.
