The present invention provides a method for reusing a single-walled carbon nanotube-based biosensor, the method comprising the steps of: (a) treating a sodium hydroxide solution on a chip of a single-walled carbon nanotube-based biosensor; and (b) washing the treated biosensor with water. The method for reusing the single-walled carbon nanotube-based biosensor of the present invention can be advantageously used as a technology for quickly and easily reusing biosensors in the field of SWCNT-based biosensors using an antigen-antibody binding reaction.
