The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube paste and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the carbon nanotube paste comprises the steps of: dispersing carbon nanotube in a solvent; mixing a metal oxide containing a material for secondary electron amplification and a material for thermoelectron emission with an inorganic filler in the solvent so that the material for secondary electron amplification and material for thermoelectron emission are dispersed and bonded to the carbon nanotube; adding an organic binder to the solvent; and performing a mixing process so that the material for secondary electron amplification, the material for thermoelectron emission, the inorganic filler, and the organic binder are uniformly mixed. By manufacturing a carbon nanotube emitter using the carbon nanotube paste, the electron emission performance of the emitter is improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
