The present invention provides a vector inducing CEP41 knockout in Danio rerio, CEP41 knockout Danio rerio, and a method for screening a therapeutic agent for cardiovascular diseases or cancer using the same. By using Danio rerio of the present invention as a model, it is possible to effectively screen therapeutic agents with low side effects and good efficacy, and to easily and quickly test whether side effects in vivo are caused by toxicity of candidate substances of drugs.
