The present invention relates to a PET sheet performing a food freshness maintaining function and a food packaging container manufactured by using the same and, more specifically, to a PET sheet performing a food freshness maintaining function and a multi-layered food packaging container manufactured by using the same, capable of increasing a freshness maintaining period of packaged food, improving transparency, and preventing deformation of a food packaging container even if high-temperature food is stored. The PET sheet performing a food freshness maintaining function of the present invention comprises: a base layer formed by heating and extruding PET in a pellet form; and a functional layer integrally stacked on an upper surface of the base layer, and formed by mixing PET in a pellet form and a shungite master batch in a pellet form with a mixer, heating the mixture, and extruding the mixture to be integrally formed on an upper portion of the base layer.
