The present invention relates to a document and an article storage closet using an NFC reader based on ultra-close communication, and a document and article storage method using the same. The document and an article storage closet of the present invention comprises: an NFC Tag having validity checked in accordance with UUID, and authenticated when the validity is checked; an NFC reader for reading and writing the NFC tag, searching for a repository corresponding to the UUID to provide NFC tag information and NFC reader information for a portable terminal so as to check whether the repository exists, writing NFC tag data when the repository does not exist, comparing current NFC tag data and existing NFC tag data and checking the same whether to be identical when the repository corresponding to the UUID exists, and checking a creation time point of the NFC reader to perform removal in case of a past file so as to read and write document and article information in the repository; and a portable terminal including a portable terminal application for providing a corresponding list by displaying an NFC reader registration button, an NFC reader inquiry button, an NFC tag writing button, and an NFC tag inquiry button for managing the document and article information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
