The present invention relates to a method of producing a PET multifunctional master batch having high density, an antibacterial function, and a UV-blocking function, produced by means of an extruder in which a first section, a second section, a third section, a fourth section, and a fifth section are divided. More specifically, the present invention relates to a PET multifunctional master batch having high density, an antibacterial function, and a UV-blocking function, and a method of producing the same, and a polyester fiber using the same, wherein the method comprises: a melting step in which a regular polyester master batch is introduced into the first section and passes through the same with a passing time of 8-15 seconds while being heated at 100-150C, thereby melting polyester; a BBOT introducing step in which a zeolite-based antibacterial agent and BBOT (2,5-bis(5-t-butylbenzoxazolyl)thiophene) are introduced into the second section and pass through the same with a passing time of 3-6 seconds while being heated at 150-200C; a barium sulfate introducing step in which barium sulfate (BaSO_4) is introduced in the third section and passes through the same with a passing time of 2-4 seconds while being heated at 200-240C; a mixing step in which the mixture is mixed by passing through the fourth section with a passing time of 1-3 seconds while being heated at 240-270C; and an extrusion step in which a polyester containing functional materials such as barium sulfate, the zeolite-based antibacterial agent, and BBOT, is extruded while being heated at 270-290C in the fifth section, wherein the titanium dioxide contains rutile titanium dioxide and anatase titanium dioxide mixed in a weight ratio of 5:5 to 9:1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
