Using the molecular marker according to the present invention, it is possible to more easily and accurately discriminate black rot in the Brassicaceae crop by determining the Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris race 6 of the Brassicaceae crop, thereby being useful for reducing the time, cost and effort required for breeding the Brassicaceae crop.
