The present invention relates to a composition for anti-inflammation, anti-allergy, and anti-atopy containing a Schisandra chinesis fruit extract as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the Schisandra chinesis fruit extract, which is an active ingredient, provides effect of mitigating dermatitis of an animal model in which the dermatitis is induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB), decreasing the amount of anti-allergy factors in the blood, and mitigating an anaphylactic shock by a compound 48/80. Moreover, cyanidin 3-rutinoside, which is a coloring component in the Schisandra chinesis fruit extract provides an excellent effect of decreasing secretion of an inflammation factor in an HMC-1 strain which is a human mast cell.
