METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HANGOVER RELIEVING AND LIVER FUNCTION MITIGATING COMPOSITE FERMENTED EXTRACT FORMED BY BLENDING FERMENTED DENDROPANAX MORBIFERA EXTRACT AND FERMENTED CAPSOSIPHON FULVESCENS EXTRACT

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hangover relieving and liver function mitigating composite fermented extract formed by blending a fermented Dendropanax morbifera extract and a fermented Capsosiphon fulvescens extract. According to the present invention, pharmacological activity of the fermented Dendropanax morbifera extract is increased by fermenting leaves and branches of Dendropanax morbifera which is a unique plant resource of Korea and has various proven pharmacological activities such as hangover relief, fatigue recovery, liver cell protection, anti-diabetic activity, antioxidant activity, immunity enhancement, and the like. Moreover, the fermented Capsosiphon fulvescens extract contains a large quantity of various kinds of inorganic salts, such as iron, potassium, iodine, and the like and vitamin A, C, and the like to provide effectiveness such as hangover relief, prevention and mitigation of a stomach or duodenal ulcer, cholesterol lowering, growth promotion for children, constipation treatment effectiveness, and the like. The method blends the fermented Dendropanax morbifera extract and the fermented Capsosiphon fulvescens extract to complementarily realize synergy effect without lowering physical properties and losing active ingredients of both the extracts.
