The present invention relates to a method for producing a health functional composite extract mixed with a Dendropanax morbifera fermented extract and an abalone medicinal hot water extract. The health functional composite extract is mixed with a Dendropanax morbifera fermented extract and an abalone medicinal hot water extract at a suitable concentration to have complementary potentialization without reducing physical properties or losing active ingredients of each thereof. The Dendropanax morbifera fermented extract is obtained by fermenting leaves and branches of Dendropanax morbifera, as a domestic traditional plant resource, which is known to have various biological activities such as antioxidant, anticancer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and anti-atopic effects, so a pharmaceutical activity of Dendropanax morbifera is improved. The abalone medicinal hot water extract is obtained by extracting a mixture obtained by mixing a composite medicinal agent which has been widely used from the past with ensured safety and which has various functional pharmaceutical activities in an abalone which is a marine product having excellent tastes and nutrition and being beneficial to a human body, so a medicine can have an effect which is improved compared to a conventional pharmaceutical effect. Thus, functions are compositely improved, so very excellent stability and safety are ensured. The Dendropanax morbifera extract′s antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-hyperlipemia, anti-hypertensive, and anti-cytotoxic effects, the abalone′s tastes, nutrition, and functional active components known to have effects in relieving fatigue and vitalizing energy, and the composite medicinal agent′s functional medicinal activities are composited. Thus, biorhythm adjustment, disease prevention, disease treatment, and herbal tonic functions are added. A good absorption rate is ensured, and bad tastes and smells which hinder consumption are removed, so a savory taste is ensured and good smells are ensured. A sugar content, outer appearance, flavors, and nutrition are improved, and tastes and nutrition are harmonized with composted functional effects, so a functional food capable of simultaneously satisfying various consumer demands can be developed.
