The present invention relates to a technique for securing the stability of IoT weather environment collection data, and more particularly, to a technique for solving problems occurring when requiring alternate data of weather data collected through an IoT sensor due to failures of equipment and networks, and a communication failure, and when errors are recorded on the collected data not to be useful in data analysis and utilization. According to the present invention, the quality of all the collected data is improved through quality control (QC), training data is generated through the improved data, and the generated training data is reflected to a machine learning algorithm to detect errors of original weather data and correct data determined as an error with an estimate by using machine learning.
