The present invention relates to a method for predicting the prognosis of ischemic disease using an AGE-RAGE-based biomarker, which can be used as a marker of a clinical severity of ischemic disease, maximizes the efficiency of stem cell treatment by determining the optimal time for stem cell treatment based on biomarker changes according to the severity of ischemic disease, and also can be utilized as the marker useful for efficacy verification after stem cell treatment.
