The present invention relates to a method for producing chitinase comprising a step of transforming a host cell with a recombinant vector comprising an AmylA signal peptide coding sequence derived from Oryza sativa and a chit 35 gene derived from Trichoderma atroviride, and inducing expression of the chit 35 gene.
