The present invention relates to a practitioner-centered business management support system for supplementing defects of a central information and local government business management system (hereinafter referred to as the On-Nara system) built based on existing six-level government function classification system. The practitioner-centered business management support system provides an infrastructure for subdividing a unit task, which is a smallest unit of business from a perspective of a practitioner and securing the appropriateness of the subdivided task.
