The present invention relates to a silica hydrogel composition comprising goserelin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a silica hydrogel composition of goserelin with sustained release and slow release properties which can be injected by a 25G injection needle without water for injection so that the convenience in administration is improved and the initial burst release is suppressed, thereby being capable of maintaining a medicinal effect for a long period when being injected once. The silica hydrogel composition comprising goserelin according to the present invention exhibits stable drug release properties (sustained release properties) for a long period since the initial burst release is remarkably reduced (compared to the conventional controlled-release system for polymer microparticles), and thus can maintain goserelin at an effective concentration in the blood for 4 weeks or longer (slow release properties).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
