The present invention relates to a juicer capable of being easily cleaned, which is improved to promote a good state of cleanliness by allowing a user to easily and frequently clean the inside of a screw housing of the juicer, and clean it conveniently. According to the present invention, raw materials inputted into a hopper (10) are put into a screw housing (20), are compressed and juiced by a compression screw (12) which rotates by the power of a motor (11). Sludge is discharged through a sludge discharge hole (21) of the screw housing (20). A non-moving hinge piece (23), which includes an arbor hole (231), is arranged to be fixed on one side of a discharge hole flange (22), which is arranged outside the sludge discharge hole (21), or the screw housing (20), and is connected to a moving hinge piece (39) which is arranged on one side of an outlet flange (32) of a sludge outflow pressure control means (30) arranged on one side of the screw housing (20), and has a long hole (391), by using a connection shaft (40). After the sludge outflow pressure control means (30) is moved horizontally, the sludge outflow pressure control means (30) can rotate around the connection shaft (40). The discharge hole flange (22) and an outlet flange (32) are made detachable by a large number of detaching means (50) which have a detachable unit (51) having a hanging piece (56), which is pulled by a rotary member (54), and a hanging unit (57) on which the hanging piece (56) is hung.
