According to an embodiment of the present invention, an artificial intelligence based learning system capable of providing user-customized content can comprise: an interface part providing learning content to a user terminal and receiving a user voice according to the use of the learning content from the user terminal; a voice analysis part generating user analysis data by analyzing the user voice according to the use of the learning content; and a learning evaluation part that performs machine learning with the user analysis data, determines the rating and vulnerability information of the user based on a machine learning performance result, and extracts customized learning content corresponding to the determined rating and the vulnerability information.
