The present invention relates to a biomarker for predicting the proliferation and migration capacity of mesenchymal stem cells and uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a biomarker for predicting the proliferation and migration capacity of mesenchymal stem cells containing peroxiredoxin-6 and uses thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to predict the proliferation and migration capacity of mesenchymal stem cells by measuring the expression level of the biomarker.
