The present invention relates to a rotary pump, and more specifically, to a rotary pump capable of rotating forward and backward, which can achieve low vibration and high efficiency compared to a conventional pump, and freely control suction and discharge functions without a separate component. To this end, the rotary pump comprises: a cylindrical housing in which first and second flow holes (122, 124) penetrate one side thereof and third and fourth flow holes (320, 330) penetrate the other side thereof; a rotary shaft (110) disposed in the housing; a motor means (300) provided on one side of the rotary shaft (110) to rotate the rotary shaft (110) in a forward or reverse direction; a fixed wing member (150) rotating integrally with the rotary shaft (110) in the housing and including at least one fixed wing protruding from a circumference thereof; a rotary wing member (140) including pin holes (144) formed in both end surfaces thereof, and installed such that a pair of rotational directions are opposite directions; and a finishing means enabling the rotary wing member (140) to rotate on the circumference of the fixed wing member (150).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
