According to the present invention, a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heater comprises: a blower for blowing wind to a ventilator facing the windshield of a vehicle; a duct for connecting the blower and the ventilator; an antifogging unit having a PTC heat source installed near the ventilator; and a control unit for controlling an operation of the antifogging unit.
