The present invention relates to a scale specification method reflected with spatial characteristics for each region, and more particularly, to a spatial scale specification method of probability prediction data, which comprises: a step (1) of collecting probability prediction data based on a probability prediction system; a step (2) of calculating a spatial hardness value for each point with respect to each grid point of the collected probability prediction data which is the first grid scale; and a step (3) of performing spatial scale specification for the probability prediction data collected in the step (1) by using the spatial hardness value for each point calculated in the step (2) to generate high-resolution prediction data of a second grid scale detailed more than the first grid scale of the probability prediction data. According to the scale specification method reflected with spatial characteristics for each region, a spatial hardness value for each point reflected with spatial characteristics of each region is calculated, and spatial scale specification is performed by using the spatial hardness value for each point such that spatial scale specification of a variable, in which regionality can be greatly exhibited, is rapidly and effectively performed.
