The present invention relates to a pet bathing apparatus having a warm water generating unit and a cool water generating unit comprising: a bathing apparatus body which forms an accommodating space for accommodating a pet and bath water; a raw water supplying unit which supplies raw water; an ion water generating unit which includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an ion separation diaphragm for separating the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and generates acidic water and alkaline water by ionizing the raw water; a warm water generating unit which controls the acidic water and the alkaline water generated by the ion water generating unit to a temperature above a reference temperature; a cool water generating unit which controls the acidic water and the alkaline water generated by the ion water generating unit to a temperature below the reference temperature; and a mixing unit which mixes warm water generated by the warm water generating unit and cool water generated by the cool water generating unit at a predetermined ratio and supplies bath water of a target temperature to the bathing apparatus body.
