The present invention relates to an oil mist separator for a ship, including: an inlet pipe through which oil mist is introduced from an internal combustion engine of the ship; a case in which the inlet pipe is inserted into a lower side, and the oil of the oil mist introduced through the inlet pipe is firstly separated; a discharge pipe which is installed in communication with an upper part of the case, and secondarily separates residual oil firstly separated in the case to discharge only the air from which the oil has been removed to the outside; and a drain pipe which is installed in communication with the other side of the bottom of the case to discharge the oil collected as it is separated from the case and the discharge pipe.
