The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a pellet for dry refining and a manufacturing method of a pellet for dry refining using the same. Specifically, the manufacturing apparatus of a pellet for dry refining comprises: a mixing unit to mix a raw material including copper-containing sludge and a subsidiary material consisting of at least one material at a prescribed ratio; and a compression unit to compress a mixed sample mixed by the mixing unit at a predetermined pressure. The mixing unit includes: a mixing tank having a mixing space to accommodate the raw material and the subsidiary material therein; a sample insertion port arranged on an upper portion of the mixing tank to communicate with the inside of the mixing tank to insert the raw material and the subsidiary material; a binder insertion port arranged on an upper portion of the mixing tank to communicate with the inside of the mixing tank to insert a binder; a binder spray unit arranged on the lower end of the binder insertion port to spray the binder into the mixing tank; and a sample mixing driving unit to mix the raw material and the subsidiary material while the binder is sprayed by the binder spray unit. A productivity reduction problem caused by an air permeability problem in a dry refining process can be overcome.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
