The present invention provides a method for promptly and accurately detecting a genetic variation present in Cytochrome P450 3A5 (CYP3A5) gene, UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 2B15 (UGT2B15) gene, Catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) gene, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A (HTR2A) gene and Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) gene to predict a side effect of an antipsychotic agent or a schizophrenia therapeutic agent so the method can be useful in preventing a drug hypersensitivity reaction in advance and increasing a success rate of drug treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
