The present invention relates to a core-shell structure comprising a shell portion and a core portion, wherein the shell portion comprises an N number of shells sequentially located from the outside to the inside thereof, and the core portion comprises a core located inside the shell portion, wherein n is a natural number from 1 to 30. When n is 1, the core is located close to the inside of the first shell, and when n is any one of natural numbers from 2 to 30, the n^th shell is located close to the inside of the (n-1)^th shell. The n^th shell is empty space or a hydrogel comprising at least one of the n^th extracellular matrix and the n^th cell, and the core is empty space or a hydrogel comprising at least one of an extracellular matrix for the core and a cell for the core. Among the core and the N number of shells, two members adjacent to each other cannot be both empty space at the same time, and among the core and the N number of shells, two members adjacent to each other may have the same density or different densities. Accordingly, tubular structures, such as stomach, intestines, bladder, and lungs, can be mimicked.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
