The present invention provides a pile reinforcing body, which includes: a reinforcing main body part which is hollow therein; a reinforcing wing part extended from an outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing main body part in an outer direction and resisting at least transverse loads; and an interval maintaining part formed to protrude in an inner direction than the inner circumferential surface of the reinforcing main body part and maintaining a separation space between the reinforcing main body part and a pile arranged in the reinforcing main body part.
