The present invention relates to an impact position sensor assembly for an active hood system and an impact sensing device comprising the same for an active hood system, which can more precisely and accurately determine the position of an impact of a vehicle with a pedestrian or another object, accordingly, determine whether to operate the active hood system at a corresponding position definitely, prevent a malfunction or a non-operation of the active hood system, and be more compactly configured when integrated with the sensor which can detect an impact. According to the present invention, the impact position sensor assembly for an active hood system comprises: an impact position sensing module which has a conductive electrode layer respectively on each facing surface and is configured to come in contact in accordance with an outer impact; and a detection position extraction module which is configured to detect the impact position through a detection factor generated in accordance with contact of the two conductive electrode layers of the impact position sensing module. The sensing module includes: a pair of insulation film layers which are arranged at a certain interval; an upper conductive electrode layer and a lower conductive electrode layer, which are formed on the facing surfaces of the insulation film layer, respectively; and an insulated spacer which is arranged between the upper conductive electrode layer and the lower conductive electrode layer at a certain interval for securing a certain apart space between the upper conductive electrode layer and the lower conductive electrode layer. The upper conductive electrode layer and the lower conductive electrode layer are made of indium-thin oxide (ITO).
