The present invention relates to a bicycle made of a hard material, which can perform leisure activities on the river, the lake, and the sea away from the ground by solving a problem of the inconvenience that a separate air buoy or buoyancy device should be attached when a bicycle is damaged, and a problem that an underwater bicycle cannot be driven on the ground in an existing amphibious bicycle. According to the present invention, a diving structure driven under water is introduced to highlight the difference from an existing bicycle. In addition, the bicycle of the present invention uses a material lighter than a material used in an existing bicycle, thereby enabling a user to enjoy leisure activities.
