The present invention relates to a method for preparing milk tea-contained yogurt having enhanced antioxidant activity, and more specifically, to a method for preparing milk tea-contained yogurt having enhanced antioxidant activity, which comprises the steps of: 1) mixing milk, black tea leave powder, and sugar, sterilizing the mixture thereof, cooling the mixture, and removing sediment from the cooled mixture; 2) preparing a milk tea composition by filtering the mixture; 3) mixing the composition with a rosemary extract and inoculating the mixture thereof with lactic acid bacteria; and 4) culturing the lactic acid bacteria so as to ferment the milk tea composition into yogurt. According to the present invention, in the milk tea-contained yogurt, the lactic acid bacteria with high hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and metal ion adsorption ability are used, and the milk tea composition which is antioxidant fermented milk added with the rosemary extract is used, and thus, the milk tea-contained yogurt has high antioxidant effect. Moreover, the milk tea-contained yogurt is a functional product containing various functionalities of the rosemary extract.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
