The present invention relates to a multi-order courier service operation method and a multi-order courier service operation system based on transport big data which can assign two or more orders with similar cargo receiving areas and cargo delivery areas to a courier service rider to reduce waiting time of a courier service rider and an orderer, reduce costs by eliminating the need for having a plurality of terminal devices for multiple orders, and quickly and efficiently arrange riders at prediction points of multiple orders to provide riders with efficient moving paths. According to the present invention, the multi-courier service operation method to provide a plurality of riders with multi-order information comprises: an order information data generation step of receiving order information including order locations, arrival locations, arrival request time, and cargo types from customers via a wired/wireless communication network to accumulate the order information; a multi-order processing step of extracting multiple orders, which can be processed, based on the accumulated order information; and an order information transmission step of transmitting information of the processed multiple orders to a rider.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
