The present invention relates to a courier service operating method and a courier system which are capable of reducing complexity due to exchanges of information through Internet and a mobile network from a delivery request date to a delivery completion data and of more certainly grasping a delivery request situation and a delivery situation. The courier service operating method according to the present invention includes the steps of: inputting delivery information through a terminal of a user; selecting a collector for collecting a package by the user; collecting and classifying cargos after collecting packages; allocating packages to deliverers; tracking packages by tracking terminals of the deliverers when the deliverers initiate a delivery service after the packages are allocated to the deliverers; and completing the delivery service by transferring the packages to consignees.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
