The present invention relates to a micro acoustic decomposition device and a system thereof. The micro acoustic decomposition device comprises: a first member which includes a first micro channel in which a superhydrophobic silicon nanowire pattern having a contact angle of 150 degrees or more with water is formed; and a second member which is combined with the first member, is connected to the first micro channel, and includes a second micro channel for moving a liquid. The present invention further relates to a millimeter acoustic decomposition device and a system thereof, the device comprising: a hollow column-shaped member for moving the liquid; and a millimeter channel for forming a superhydrophobic silicon nanowire pattern having a contact angle of 150 degrees or more with water inside the member. The present invention rapidly and efficiently oxidizes an organic pollutant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
