The present invention relates to a pressure measurement foothold with a robust structure capable of precisely measuring the body imbalance of a user and being applied to an exercise device for correcting the body imbalance, and a body imbalance correcting exercise device including the same. The pressure measurement foothold of the present invention can prevent or minimize damage to each member of the foothold by including a pressure measurement member when inclination driving the foothold to perform a correction exercise while firmly fixing the pressure measurement member for measuring the body imbalance of the user. In addition, the pressure measurement foothold can precisely measure a body imbalance state, and based on the measured state, provide a correction exercise suitable for a body imbalance level of each user.
